Do NOT make your reservations through the hotel's reservations desk!
To make your reservations, fill out the
Hotel Accommodations Form,
print the form and email, mail or fax it to: Caroleann Petz at 1.760.729.4853 or email to cpetz@gpresorts.com or see the address in paragraph one. Send in
your reservation as soon as possible to guarantee a room and the rate—the rooms
will be unblocked two weeks prior to the seminar date. It is
the attendee's responsibility to provide a credit card number to reserve a
room at the Carlsbad Inn.
If you make your reservations with Caroleann Petz (1.760.434.7020 ext. 451), the discounted rate
is $125 single or $140 double per room night (plus 10% tax) for
arrival Sunday and departure Friday [$178 + 10% tax per room night
for Friday or Saturday nights]. (Plus a mandatory $1.00 per day City of Carlsbad Assessment Fee.)
If you have any questions, please contact Caroleann Petz at the Carlsbad Inn
directly. (Puritan Bennett will provide transportation each day from
the Carlsbad Inn to our facility and back.)

We suggest that you fly into the San Diego International Airport. For shuttle service,
call Super Shuttle/Cloud 9 Shuttle Service at 1.800.974.8885. The cost is $35.50 each way. From our trains site, the cost is $58 each way.
