Service Agreements

Puritan Bennett has a reputation for building reliable, sophisticated ventilators and we know your goal is to keep downtime to an absolute minimum. That's why we offer an abundance of service plans to provide routine maintenance and repairs to protect your capital investment.

So how do you access the peace of mind of Puritan Bennett service? By purchasing one of our flexible service options. Two basic types of plans are available:

Extended Warranties: Choose an Extended Warranty when you purchase your ventilators to extend service coverage beyond the initial two-year warranty period.

Service Contracts: At the time of purchase, choose Preventive Maintenance coverage to supplement the standard manufacturer warranty. Most offer service contracts that may be purchased after the ventilator sale. Select your coverage before the warranty expires for uninterrupted coverage.
