Sandman Auto™ CPAP Device The Sandman Info™ CPAP device is designed with obstructive sleep apnea patients in mind. It is a premium product in the Sandman™ CPAP range and features an advanced, fully integrated heated humidifier for superior breathing comfort to help encourage compliance. With Adaptive Pressure Stability, it reacts to an extensive set of respiratory events by accurately delivering pressure, increasing only when necessary to optimize patient comfort and clinical efficacy. In addition, direct USB-to-computer connectivity, with optional Sandman therapy software, allows the clinician to analyze critical historical patient data and make changes to therapy as needed.

With USB connectivity and a downloadable data card, the homecare provider has easy access to comprehensive historical patient compliance data. In addition, with Adaptive Pressure Stability, smooth, stable pressure is delivered throughout the night.

Trending Software Option The Trending software option for the Puritan Bennett 840™ ventilator provides clinicians with time-stamped displays of ventilator settings, monitored patient data and specific events for intervals of up to 72 hours. The displays, available in both graphical and tabular form, allow clinicians to assess the effectiveness of current therapy and assist in determining the course of treatment.
